We prefer candidates with a college degree but will consider others with a successful employment track record and demonstrable intelligence. Success with our company will require computer skills, a desire to learn, and a great attitude. Other attributes that will enable you to be successful at NCC include:

  • Working knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA — third party collection regulation understanding
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills, including the ability to research, analyze, and resolve problems
  • Time management and dependability
  • Successful experience in a team environment
  • Second language fluency very beneficial
