Philip Rosenthal, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and respected industry leader, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025, at age 82, surrounded by his family.

Career & Legacy:
Phil dedicated nearly six decades to the accounts receivable and debt collection industry as President and CEO of Nationwide Credit Corporation. Under his leadership, NCC became a trusted partner for businesses and municipalities nationwide, known for integrity, professionalism, and client dedication.

A lifelong advocate for ethics and mentorship, Phil served as President of ACA International in 1999–2000, inspiring countless industry professionals. He also served his community as a Trustee on the Fairfax County Library Board of Trustees and the Community Action Advisory Board, championing literacy, education, and access to resources for all residents.

Celebrating Phil:
Phil’s guidance, friendship, and example will be remembered and carried forward by all who had the privilege to know him.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Lustgarten.org, a cause close to the Rosenthal family, dedicated to fighting the disease that claimed the life of Phil’s late wife, Gloria.
