ALEXANDRIA, VA — Nationwide Credit Corp (NCC) President Phil Rosenthal donated to the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) – an organization that has advocated on behalf of small businesses in the United States since 1943. The donation toward the NFIB political action committee is indicative of both Nationwide and Phil’s commitment to small businesses and workers in the county.
“Here at Nationwide, our commitment to providing results through unwavering honesty, integrity, and transparency extends beyond our client-consumer interactions and into our daily lives,” Phil says. “Supporting small businesses and the NFIB continues our efforts to help both our clients and consumers alike fight for their livelihood in an ever-changing political landscape. I hope my donation can help keep good employers and employees working.”
A History Of Involvement
Involvement in the community isn’t a one-off occurrence but a pillar of Nationwide’s ideals. Charitable involvement at the local and national levels helps NCC reinforce their belief that they serve a greater purpose beyond their services. Through the years, they have been proud sponsors of FireFighters and Friends to the Rescue, Food for Others, New Hope Housing, and many more organizations fighting for citizens across the country.
With this donation to NFIB, Phil and NCC are working to support small businesses that struggle to have their voice heard in the chorus of Washington, D.C. The NFIB operates as one voice in the industry as every leadership member advocates on how the NFIB should endorse or oppose legislation and candidates in Washington. With this donation, Phil is now part of the leadership team and can help further advocate on behalf of the Nationwide Credit Corporation family of clients and consumers.

NFIB is the nation’s leading small business advocacy association, with offices in Washington, D.C., and all 50 state capitals. Founded in 1943 to give small-business owners a voice in public policy-making, NFIB’s policy positions are set by its 350,000 business-owner members, who send their views directly to state and federal lawmakers through NFIB’s unique member-only ballot. NFIB’s mission is to promote and protect the rights of our members to own, operate and grow their businesses. For more information, visit http://www.nfib.com.
