Nationwide Credit Corporation (NCC) is proud to renew our annual memberships with organizations that align with our goals and offer benefits that help us provide an optimal customer, industry partner, and employee experience.
NCC was founded in 1967 in the DC metro area and has always had a strong connection with clients, consumers, and industry partners. Through our industry memberships, we increase our knowledge and insight into industry trends, foster relationships with industry partners and clients, and build credibility through certification and accreditation.
Industry Association Networking
Industry associations and professional organizations are filled with potential contacts, clients, and partners who can help your business move to the next level and give you more visibility within the receivables industry. Active members of these associations build long-term relationships and partnerships that are mutually beneficial. They provide a forum for like-minded individuals to come together to share ideas, strengthen ties, and make connections that would not be possible without the association. Many associations offer conferences and thought leadership summits that offer a more casual setting, providing an opportunity for members to build friendships and personal relationships that can last a lifetime.
Education and Certification
Continued education and development are keys to remaining relevant in the fast-paced modern world. Professional associations usually hold events with seminars, workshops, and courses that help members to learn and grow in their careers. Mentorship programs are often gained through a professional organization, where members can share experience, knowledge, and guidance. Some organizations provide certifications and licensing programs for members. These often focus on best practices in the industry, compliance, security, and emerging technology. Continuing education is important to the Nationwide Credit Corporation team because we want our clients to receive the maximum benefit from our services.
Information and Influence
NCC’s memberships give us immediate access to any news or developments in the Accounts Receivable Management industry and any financial regulations that impact collections. We receive newsletters, email updates, and resources that help members stay on top of recent developments. We stand behind the mission of these organizations and support the unified voice that they provide for the industry. The combined resources of the members of an association can be used to lobby lawmakers and sway public opinion more positively towards the goals of the association.
Best Practices and Innovation
We adhere to the best practice guidelines shared by these organizations and their members. NCC strives to stay current with these changes and industry news. Legislation changes related to debt collection are constant and new technology is emerging daily. Associations provide a forum for members to share ideas and develop new ways to improve upon best practices and move the industry forward.
